Drawing more attention to your stand
Inform daily newspapers and the trade press about your participation in IGW. Send targeted information to the daily, trade and business press well in advance of the exhibition.
Trade journals are especially interested in early information regarding your planned activities at International Green Week. The industrial media focus on news from companies and branches of business.
We would be happy to help you plan and implement your press activities for International Green Week.
Please note that the press conference rooms in the Press Center are exclusively reserved for Green Week exhibitors. We would be happy to help you organize your press conference.
We can provide assistance on setting up dates and times, arranging suitable space and technical equipment. Please make plans for the press conference as early as possible and contact us so we can arrange a press conference date.
You can start by having a look at the press schedule to get information about press dates which have already been registered.
Please note that the press boxes in the Press Center are exclusively reserved for Green Week exhibitors.
During the exhibition you can use a press box located in the Press Center. In the Press Center you can display press releases and photos and also reach media representatives who are unable to visit your stand.

Add photos to your press kit. Keep in mind that a “lively” photo is worth more than a thousand words. So your photos should always be up to date and accompanied by relevant captions. Plan your use of photographic elements well in advance of the start of the exhibition. Upon request we can provide you a list of relevant contacts.
