Press services at the International Green Week 2015

As a member of the press you may register in advance for Green Week 2015 only under www.gruenewoche-berlin.com -> Press -> Accreditation. Please submit your press ID or proof of journalistic activities. Full details of the organisers’ accreditation guidelines can also be found online. After your application has been pro-cessed you will receive an email with a link to your Green Week press pass, which you can then print out in colour or in black and white. Please note that processing can take several days. Holders and lanyards for your press pass can be obtained from the accredi-tation counters at the fair. During the fair accreditation can also be obtained online.
For the entire duration of the fair representatives of the press can obtain their accreditation for the Green Week 2015 by presenting their press card or a letter of authority from their editor in chief. Journalists who have not registered in advance can obtain their accreditation in the entrance area at Hall 7: 13– 25 Jan., from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. in the entrance area at entrance South and entrance area at Hall 21 (Hammarskjölplatz): 16 - 25 Jan., 9 am- 6pm.
Press passes for Green Week 2015 are valid from 13 to 25 Janu-ary 2015. Once issued, the press passes are non-transferable and only valid together with a personal ID or passport. With the excep-tion of access to security zones and certain exhibitors’ areas they grant holders free admission for the entire duration of the fair. Many exhibitors will also be making use of special areas in order to meet with and entertain trade visitors and the media, and access to these areas may require separate registration with the exhibitor in ques-tion.

The Press Center at the International Green Week Berlin 2015 is located in Hall 6.3. It will be open daily from 13 January until the end of the Green Week (25 Jan.) from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. All press ma-terial will be dispensed here. The electronic press office, with com-puter workstations (Room 201), printers and internet access, is available to journalists for the duration of the fair. Connections are also available for laptops. Skilled technical assistance is provided in this area throughout the fair.
At the Press Center you can use WLAN. Using the SSID (WLAN network identifier) “PressCenter” you can log in anywhere in the Press Center.

Parking for the press and the press shuttle:
Only a limited number of parking spaces are provided for the press next to Hall 26 (P18). Parking tickets for accredited media repre-sentatives are available from Messe Berlin, tel.: +49((0)30 / 3038 2267 or by email (email@example.com) and should be clear-ly displayed in the windscreen on arrival. Parking tickets can only be obtained on-site from the Press Centre. Please note that a charge is made for parking in the parking garage of the ICC Berlin.
