The consumers’ focus turns to the fundamental handling of sustainability. For example, the response on Facebook reveals that our visitors increasingly pay attention to the packaging and tableware and adjust their buying behaviour accordingly.

Exhibitor passes entitle holders to access the exhibition halls as from 7.00 am. In order to simplify admittance checks please wear your exhibitor pass in such a way that it is clearly visible.

Your exhibitor pass must be scanned by our staff on the doors whenever you enter or leave the exhibition grounds.

Depending on the stand size, our exhibitors receive a certain number of passes free of charge. Additional exhibitor passes can be ordered in the BECO webshop beforehand. Otherwise, it is possible to obtain additional passes on-site from the Exhibitor Service Center at Großer Stern.

For a flawless access to the exhibition grounds, we provide the official traffic guide (PDF, 337.9 kB) with the access regulations during the construction and dismantling periods as well as during the exhibition (deposit € 200), and a site plan with an overview of all entries for vehicles (PDF, 1.7 MB).

Guidelines for trucks over 3.5 tons: All vehicles over 3.5 tons must register at the Log Point in parking lot P18 at Gate 25 (Jafféstraße, front entrance) before they are allowed to enter the exhibition grounds.

A new traffic management system optimises your exhibition deliveries through the booking of forwarding services and delivery times. The deposit is not required for online reservations which take place within the reserved time slot. Exhibitors and/or contracted shipping or stand construction companies have the possibility to order forwarding agents’ services (e.g. loading/unloading with forklift trucks) through Messe Berlin. In this case they can take advantage of this online reservation system (time slot).

This service is not available to exhibitors/contractors loading/unloading shipments by themselves.

You are able to register your time slot as from 9 December 2019 here.

Please find more information about the forwarding companies and time slots under arrival for exhibitors and suppliers.

If you would like to receive any postal deliveries at your stand, please use the following label:

  • Hall/stand number
  • c/o Messegelände der Messe Berlin GmbH / Int. Green Week
  • Messedamm 22
  • 14055 Berlin

Please ensure that your stand is staffed to accept/receive the shipment. The trade fair management can neither receive nor store deliveries.
