Between 17 and 26 January around 3,000 members of the press from 70 countries are expected to attend the International Green Week Berlin 2020. Messe Berlin will provide journalists with extensive services, including advance online accreditation, press material for individual sections of the media and a modern, fully equipped Press Centre with computer workplaces.

After your application has been processed and approved you will receive an email with your press pass attached in a PDF file which you can then print out yourself.
Please if at all possible make use of the online accreditation facility, as this avoids long waiting times at the fair.
Accreditation at the fair
Journalists who have not registered in advance can obtain accreditation by presenting the relevant documents on the exhibition grounds. Online accreditation can also be obtained during the Green Week:
Accreditation counter in Hall 7: 15 to 26 January, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Accreditation counter in Hall 21: 17 to 26 January, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
(On 17 January the accreditation counters will open at 7 a.m.)
There will be no accreditation counters at the Press Centre in Hall 6.3.
Press passes for the Green Week 2020 are valid from 15 to 26 January 2020, daily from 8 a.m. (on January 17th from 7 a.m.) to one hour after closing time. Once issued, the press passes are non-transferable and valid only in combination with a personal ID or passport. Holders will be granted free admission for the duration of the fair. Many exhibitors will be using special areas in order to meet with and entertain trade visitors and members of the media, and access to these areas may require separate registration with the exhibitor in question.
Press Centre in Hall 6.3
The Green Week Press Centre will be located in Hall 6.3 and from 15 to 26 January 2020 will be open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The following will be available there:
- the Messe Berlin press team,
- press material from the organisers,
- press pigeonholes for exhibitors,
- the latest news, event times and dates,
- over 150 workplaces for journalists,
- free Wi-Fi connectivity and Wi-Fi workplaces,
- several press conference rooms in Hall 6.3,
- a lounge area and adjacent bar for the press,
- a cloakroom directly in front of the Press Centre.
You are welcome to use the Wi-Fi network at the Press Centre. By selecting the network identifier (SSID) 'PressCenter' you can sign in anywhere at the Press Centre. The password is 'PressWifi!'.

Parking for the press
A limited number of parking places will be available on the Green Week grounds for accredited members of the press. Members of the press who have obtained accreditation may apply for parking permits from Messe Berlin: tel. +49 (0)30 3038 2267 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org. During the fair parking permits can only be obtained from the Press Centre in Hall 6.3. Please note that parking fees apply in the multi-storey car park of the ICC Berlin. Parking permits will be mailed in time for the fair.
