Traditionally, late summer always gives the starting signal for planning for the upcoming Grüne Woche. We have carefully evaluated our small survey of tour operators from May this year and, as a first measure, would like to start our communication with you a little earlier and allow you to have more time for your marketing and selling activities.

Grüne Woche with a new look - Use it directly for your travel offer
After 88 years, Grüne Woche has given itself a fresh look with a claim and further developed logo (also read our corresponding press release). The new logo is modern and even easier to use digitally for your communication and advertising purposes. Would you like to integrate the new Grüne Woche logo into your promotional materials? You can download it for free and include it in your marketing campaigns. Giving your offers even more authenticity.
Comprehensive communication kit for a successful pre-event campaign: Start early!
With our communication kit, we support you in your marketing activities: Here you will find text templates for mailings, your website or even for social media posts, as well as templates, logos and image material that you can use free of charge for your advertising purposes. The templates can save you a lot of time in your communication measures or also serve as a jump starter when writing on your own.
Ordering advertising materials free of charge
As every year, you can order free promotional materials from us to increase your customers' awareness of your Grüne Woche trip. From posters to flyers, we'll make sure you have the right materials to boost your advertising campaign. The order form is active now - shipping of promotional materials will start in mid-September.
Please note that the materials as well as the order form are in german language only!

Ticketing - the most important information at a glance
Prices:
Our group ticket for 20 or more people will be on sale again next year, and without a price increase! In concrete terms this means that you will pay 13 EUR p.p/ from 20 PAX.
A single day ticket will cost 16 EUR next year.
Online tickets:
We will continue to use our online tickets next year. The changeover initially caused some confusion last year, but in the end we were able to draw a thoroughly positive conclusion in terms of processing.
If you already purchased tickets last year, we will send you a code by e-mail. This will probably happen in mid-September and you do not need to do anything else. We ask our first-time customers to fill out the online form. After mid-September, a ticket order code will be emailed to you within 2-3 business days.
On-site helpdesk:
If it is not possible for you as an event organizer to purchase tickets online for your guests in advance, you can also process the purchase on-site at the helpdesks in the entrance areas. Important for a smooth process: have a code sent to you in advance via the online form and bring it with you.
Payment options:
Online you can pay with credit card, Giropay (online banking), or PayPal, on site at the helpdesk with EC card or credit card . There is NO option for cash payment!
Ticket for the bus driver:
Your free ticket for the bus driver of your tour group will be taken into account in the online ordering process. To do so, please indicate the number of persons including the bus driver when placing your order. Every 21st ticket per order is free of charge.
Rights of objection
You have the right pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR to object, at any time, to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes as well as to object to the use of your e-mail address for marketing, without any costs arising by virtue thereof other than transmission costs pursuant to the basic rates.
