From technology and equipment to catering and translation services: nothing stands in the way of implementing your event outside your stand.

Please note that the access to all conference facilities is only possible if you possess an exhibitor pass, a trade visitor pass or a congress ticket. Congress tickets with individual conditions are available from the different event organizers.

A regular Grüne Woche day pass does not include the access authorization to any of the conference facilities.

Generally, the room can be used up to 12 hours. In case of a pre- or post-event taking place in the same room, it is possible that we have to shorten the duration of the room usage. Of course, you will be informed in advance.
Usually the booked room is open for your preparation purposes 1 hour in advance of the start of your event.

The room rentals are always to be understood as "daily rentals". A shorter use of the rooms therefore does not reduce the room rent. We do not rent out time slots.

date of event, time of event, expected duration as well as the approximate number of participants and special equipment requirements like the seating form.

No. If you cannot bring your own notebook, it is also possible to book a rental notebook. Please contact us for further advice.

No, but you can book a stable Internet connection for your event room. There is only free visitors' WIFI at the exhibition grounds.

The technical equipment and furniture varies to the size of the room. You will receive the fitting room equipment with your individual room offer. Please note that additional costs for technicians will arise if using the technical equipment.

As soon as possible. Since the demands for our rooms is high and the number of rooms available is very limited, you should be quick. Some rooms are already reserved by early summer. By November, most of the rooms are already booked.

The rooms in the CityCubeBerlin, hall 27 (hub27) and Meeting bridges will be open prior to your event. The keys for our side rooms must be retrieved by yourself in advance of your event from our exhibitor service center located in "Großer Stern" (between hall 11.2 and 10.2). Please contact the exhibitor service in advance for a pick-up appointment and do not forget to bring a passport to verify your identity. A deposit is not necessary anymore.

Due to the limited capacity of rooms, we reserve our rooms only for exhibitors of Grüne Woche.
