As travel operators, you pave the way to Grüne Woche for many thousands of visitors from Germany and Europe. As organizers of Grüne Woche, we would like to thank you for your commitment and reliable cooperation over the past years.
In today's newsletter, we would like to tell you everything you need to know about communication, the most important questions about ticketing and how Grüne Woche is coming along in its 99th year.
Grüne Woche turns 99
The newly introduced Grüne Woche logo and hast mastered his introduction with flying colors. It can easily be used digitally for your communication and advertising purposes. Would you like to integrate our logo into your advertising materials? You can download it free of charge and integrate it into your marketing campaigns to give your offers an even more authentic Grüne Woche look.
Comprehensive communication kit for a successful pre-event campaign: Start early!
With our communication kit, we support you in your marketing activities: Here you will find text templates for mailings, your website or even for social media posts, as well as templates, logos and image material that you can use free of charge for your advertising purposes. The templates can save you a lot of time in your communication measures or also serve as a jump starter when writing on your own.
Ordering advertising materials free of charge
As every year, you can order free promotional materials from us to increase your customers' awareness of your Grüne Woche trip. From posters to flyers, we'll make sure you have the right materials to boost your advertising campaign. The order form is active now - shipping of promotional materials will start around October.
Please note that the materials as well as the order form are in german language only!
Ticketing - the most important information at a glance
Prices:
Our group ticket for 20 or more people will be on sale again next year! In concrete terms this means that you will pay 14 EUR p.p/ from 20 PAX. A single day ticket will cost 16 EUR p.p. next year.
Online tickets:
We will also be relying on our online tickets next year. If you already purchased tickets last year, we will send you a code by e-mail. This is expected to take place around October and you do not need to do anything else. We ask our first-time purchasers to fill in the online form. From October onwards, a code for the ticket order will be sent to you by e-mail within 2-3 working days.
On-site helpdesk:
If it is not possible for you as an event organizer to purchase tickets online for your guests in advance, you can also process the purchase on-site at the helpdesks in the entrance areas. Important for a smooth process: have a code sent to you in advance via the online form and bring it with you.
Payment options:
Online you can pay with credit card, or PayPal, on site at the helpdesk with EC card or credit card . There is NO option for cash payment!
Ticket for the bus driver:
Your free ticket for the bus driver of your tour group will be taken into account in the online ordering process. To do so, please indicate the number of persons including the bus driver when placing your order. Every 21st ticket per order is free of charge.
Rights of objection
You have the right pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR to object, at any time, to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes as well as to object to the use of your e-mail address for marketing, without any costs arising by virtue thereof other than transmission costs pursuant to the basic rates.
