Hello and goodbye - Even though today is the last day of the fair, our visitors can once again look forward to our 1,500 exhibitors from Germany and around the world, with all their regional specialties for the plate, the glass or even the home and garden. The bands and musicians on the country stages will once again create a real atmosphere. Less exuberant, but all the more focused on victory are riders and horses at the Hippologica Grand Prix in Animal Hall 25. We wish you a great last day at Grüne Woche 2025 and see you from January 16 - 25, 2026 to celebrate 100 years of Grüne Woche together.

With dressage, show jumping, obstacle driving, vaulting and a training presentation, Hippologica will once again offer visitors to Grüne Woche a colourful mix from the world of equestrian sport.

Grüne Woche 2025 presents a variety of alternatives for special dietary needs. In the new FREE FROM market in Hall 1.2a, visitors will find sugar-free sweets, vegan cheese and meat alternatives, as well as gluten-free options. Innovative products such as insect-based snacks and natural, low-sugar drinks showcase forward-looking trends. The trade fair offers industry professionals a comprehensive overview of flavorful and sustainable alternatives in the food industry.

When do you ever get to visit Uzbekistan or Tajikistan? Grüne Woche 2025 offers a fascinating insight into the culinary diversity of Central Asia. Tajikistan presents a wide range of dried fruits and innovative mixtures in Hall 18, including stuffed apricots and energy pastes. Uzbekistan entices visitors in Hall 6.2 with traditional dishes such as plov and chuchvara, as well as a selection of country-specific products. Visitors can enjoy exotic taste experiences and explore the rich culture of the Silk Road countries.

The Berlin Hall (22a) at Grüne Woche 2025 presents a fascinating mix of tradition and innovation. Visitors discover established Berlin companies alongside up-and-coming startups. From handmade vegan raw food pralines to organic ready meals for children to Jerusalem artichoke syrup as a sugar alternative - each product tells a unique story. The diversity of exhibitors reflects the dynamic spirit of Berlin, where newcomers and long-time residents together enrich the city's culinary landscape.

A journey through Northwestern Europe delights the eye, heart, and stomach: Grüne Woche 2025 presents culinary highlights from Northwestern Europe. Visitors can enjoy Dutch chocolate-covered marshmallows in 40 flavors, French delicacies such as macarons and wines, as well as British specialties like fudge and Yorkshire Tea. The exhibitors offer not only delicacies but also insights into their personal stories and the art of enjoyment. From open booth concepts to traditional preparation methods, the Northwestern European way of life is reflected in every detail.
