It's all green and blooming at the International Green Week, and of course especially on the Garden Tour. Starting in Hall 2.2, directly behind the south entrance, a green paradise awaits visitors in the Flower Hall: Thousands of early bloomers, shrubs and trees have been planted in the run-up to Green Week to create colorful splashes of color against the gray January weather. This year, the theme of the flower hall is "Wild about nature". Therefore, visitors can expect to see not only native plants, but also exotic cacti and unusual flowering plants, as well as large photo spots next to giraffe, tiger and crocodile.

Plant expertise at the Green Week

Those who not only want to admire plants but also improve their own gardening skills should stop by the Central Horticultural Association, also in Hall 2.2. The Central Horticultural Association represents the interests of German horticultural companies.

In Hall 3.2, visitors will also find the German Federal Association of Plant Breeders, which represents the interests of the breeding sectors of agriculture, vegetables, ornamental plants and vines. If visitors want to talk to experts about plant breeding, this is the place to be.
